DATA ENTRY/OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist who will report to the onsite Sales Manager. Prior experience as a technical sales representative, in inside sales, and/or other internet sales roles are very helpful to finding success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make 30-80 ongoing phone calls to identify business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying them.
- Set up appointments and work jointly with the outside sales team to negotiate and close business.
- Develop a prospect funnel using the internet to find IT, Medical, Lab, etc. executive’s contact info.
- Develop industry knowledge and a sales script to explain our value-added solutions in a short story.
- Build sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communications.
- Strong computer skills to accurately input text and data information into ERP and CRM systems.
- Monitor and reply timely to customer inquiries while providing outstanding customer service.
- Provide timely daily customer records, sales, inventory, and any other required reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. Prior experience with FedEx, ShipStation, R2, and ISO standards, preferred.
- Experience in utilizing a warehouse ERP inventory system, Excel, shipping, receiving, material handling, safety management, data entry, reporting, oral and written skills, etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, push, pull, reach overhead and lift repeatedly, stand for long periods, etc.
COMPENSATION/HOURS
$16- $30+/hour depending on skills, with additional uncapped upside incentives. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Profit-Sharing plan, etc. This is a full-time position in Fremont, CA.
